If your referral is a qualified candidate who takes a job at The South Side, we will give you a cash reward on their first day! And if the person you referred is still employed in good standing after 90 days, we will give you even more cash!
- Cash reward:
- Initial prize: 3.5%* on first day on the job
- Final prize: 10%* if the employee is still here 90 days
